ABOUT ME

 Hi, This is me .... VIKAS PATEL.

  I am a Masters student at Clemson University, South Carolina. I worked for 2 years as a software engineer at Accenture in EAI/SOEI domain before pursuing my Masters degree in computer science.  

  As of now I work part-time for Dr Goasguen on one of his grid computing research projects. In my free time I more or less work on any of my pending programs, if I'm not fed up chatting or browsing the internet for fun ;).

About my website :  Ya guys... there is too much black and red. Well I'm planning to switch to using TWiki or Wordpress... lets see how things go.

About 8085 simulator : Guys it doesn't work perfectly on Windows Vista. I get a lots of mails about the problem on Vista, but unfortunately I do not have the time for atleast another 2 months. Plz hold on... The Vista version of 8085 simulator is coming soon ;-) Please keep the mails coming , atleast it encourages me to keep maintaining this program ;-)

WSDL Schema extractor: This is the latest release I have for you people. This product is still in Alpha release, lets see depending on popularity and use I'll decide to further update this program.

Hi, This is me .... VIKAS PATEL.

 I work as a software engineer at Accenture with over 6 months of experience now. I work as a EAI (Enterprise application integration) developer.

 Well !!! Thing are not same like the old college days when I would have lots of time to program . Yet, I some how manage time to do so. The Ultimate file splitter 1.0 (written in JAVA/swt) is the latest program I finished, and it has quite a many downloads on freewarefiles. Other programs like HexEditor and schema extractor from a wsdl remain undone.

I am an engineering (telecommunication) student from Dr AMBEDKAR INSTITUE OF TECHNOLOGY, Bangalore.

The Home page of this website has some of the programs which I've authored...... Please let me know if you find them useful or otherwise.

I love programming .......Right now, I basically program with visual basic and visual c++, MFC's and sometimes Turbo C++ (I'm planning to start of with .net though) . I also like video editing, and spend most of my time downloading stuff (Thanks to BitTorrent you can virtually download anything). Like all vtu engineers I can also program in C,C++,8086 etc..
